I started in the automotive business two week out of high school working for Harry Hill Imports in my hometown of West Covina ,CA. I was a lot porter washing Fiats and Volkswagen beetles. when I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, He asked if I could read, write and follow instructions I said Yes, here I am since 1982 doing what I love Most. I was taught to treat customer's like family and always put yourself in the customers shoes. By doing that it has made me who I am today, I came from a family that had Boats, Fancy cars, Harley Davidson motor cycles known as Choppers, growing up as a kid I knew someday I would be in the car business. I've tried several different careers and I find myself always returning to cars and trucks

I use the dealership exclusively for general maintenance and service. Whenever possible, if it is something other than regular maintenance or services I check with my service rep Jerry Pagliassotti to se i and service. Whenever possible, if it is something other than regular maintenance or services I check with my service rep Jerry Pagliassotti to se if Infiniti of MV can handle it. If they can my car goes into Infiniti of Mission Viejo and my service rep as noted takes care of it. The service is always explained before conducted, after the service the service and the results have always been explained in detail. I have complete trust in my service rep and have a good rapport with him. Trust, support, honesty, efficiency and effective is the way in which I describe him and the service relations with respect to my G-35 Coupe. Beyond an emergency where it is not feasible to get my car to him, I will always go to Jerry first and if it is something that can't be handled by the dealership, I can count on him for a valid reference More

Excellent customer service and communication. Everything got taken care of with no hesitation. The team and Memo made sure all was done, including putting on the new plates I received.
