I started in the automotive business two week out of high school working for Harry Hill Imports in my hometown of West Covina ,CA. I was a lot porter washing Fiats and Volkswagen beetles. when I was approached by the Parts and Service Director, He asked if I could read, write and follow instructions I said Yes, here I am since 1982 doing what I love Most. I was taught to treat customer's like family and always put yourself in the customers shoes. By doing that it has made me who I am today, I came from a family that had Boats, Fancy cars, Harley Davidson motor cycles known as Choppers, growing up as a kid I knew someday I would be in the car business. I've tried several different careers and I find myself always returning to cars and trucks

Drove to Infiniti Mission Viejo without an appointment. They took our vehicle in without a problem. Told me the service would take about an an hour and a half to complete. I called in yesterday inquiring about replacing 4 of my tires & an alignment. Gerry was my service advisor & he was extremely helpful! I had asked if I provide the tires, would they be able to install them tires & an alignment. Gerry was my service advisor & he was extremely helpful! I had asked if I provide the tires, would they be able to install them for me and his response, to my surprise, was yes! I needed to get this done ASAP & Gerry was very accommodating in getting me in same day. Upon arrival I was under the impression they were out of loan cars but he was able to provide me with one too! The loan car representative was very personable & kind as well. I was informed that by dropping off same day, my vehicle would not be completed until the next. A few hours later, I received a call from Gerry that it was complete!! It was overall an amazing experience. Gerry was attentive to my needs & even when I had asked to keep one of my tires, the techs wrapped it & placed it in my trunk. My vehicle is my baby & to know they handled it with care is relieving. Thanks again Gerry & team! More
