I scheduled an oil change. I received a text saying they offered valet service and would come pick up my truck at my house and return it to me, so I said sure. I had received a letter from Ford about a recall part and asked if they could take care of that also. They said sure but the part had to be ordered and wouldn't be in until the following day and that they would stay in touch with me. I never heard from them ( it was a Saturday). I called service twice on Monday and it went to voicemail. When they returned my truck through the valet service my check engine light was on. I couldn't believe it. I took the truck back to service. They sent me an email with a link of the diagnostic they did and the link didn't work. When I finally picked up my truck after it had been repaired, they wanted to charge me $172. The truck was still under warranty and I had also purchased the extended warranty and they wanted to charge me a $172. This was ridiculous all the way around. The poorest service I have ever received. More

Went in for purchase of a new F150. Sales agent was new. After a few hours having our reviewed, and finally settling on a model. On a previous attempt to purchase a vehicle, was told we didn't make enough money. That was in 2021. We bought an Expedition elsewhere same year. We will never return. Even though this dealer is local. More
