Not only did we come to Wallace Nissan once but twice that day. We test drove a Nissan Rogue the first time then we left and done some more car shopping. We had already drove an hour and a half that day looking. I was really set on the Rogue so we went back the second time. Gabriel met us with a smile again. He was awesome to work with and would recommend him to anyone. So our deal wasn't exactly met that night but on Monday with phone calls between my husband and Gabe a deal was set while we were going through a McDonald's drive thru. We went in on Tuesday evening to do paperwork and to get our Nissan Rogue. I couldn't be happier with our purchase. Great Customer Service & Car Buying Experience It was such a pleasure getting to work with Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh at Wallace! Being an out-of-state student and having hurricane Irma drop a tree It was such a pleasure getting to work with Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh at Wallace! Being an out-of-state student and having hurricane Irma drop a tree on my car was less than ideal circumstances, but Stephanie and Josh were great and made the process as seamless as possible. When I arrived, we were welcomed to the vehicle I had reviewed parked at the building ready for me to take it on a test drive. Stephanie was patient with my indecisiveness and entertained my inquires and curiosity of other options on the lot with enthusiasm, ultimately leading to me finding another model that I would eventually purchase! Jerry worked very diligently to get me the best financing option he could and in a timely manner. The whole process -- from arrival, to wondering around considering other models, 2 test drives, reviewing the numbers, making a decision, and working through the finance aspect with the business office -- took only 4 hours and then I was driving of the lot having made my first new car purchase! I appreciate Stephanie, Jerry, and Josh for everything they have done! I am glad I chose Wallace of Kingsport for my car buying experience! More

Altogether a surprisingly pleasant experience with all staff I was not looking forward to dealing with a high pressure sales person and I got such a pleasant surprise as just the opposite took place. We had barely exited our car and Debbie Lambert came to meet us with a welcoming smile and from that moment all proceeded smoothly. She let both of us drive the Rogue and never made us feel she was in a hurry. Throughout the process she was able to meet our needs/requests and the end result was beyond our expectations. More
