It wasn't an easy job for him. after a few years of some financial hard ships we had visited several other dealers and it looked as if we wasn't going to be able to get even close to getting a car that we wanted or even liked. We told Craig what our situation was and he showed us several options all of which we really liked. After choosing the the car we wanted Craig and the financial wizards got to work and got us a deal that we could not turn down. Thanks to Craig and the staff at Wallace Nissan, we are now driving a loaded beautiful Nissan Altima. Craig and the crew will not leave you hanging, the A/C compressor went out a few days after we got it, and where the car was still under warranty, we got a new compressor. Dedicated! This was my first experience with Wallace Nissan. I inquired about a Titan online and agreed to come in. Upon coming into the dealership I was introdu This was my first experience with Wallace Nissan. I inquired about a Titan online and agreed to come in. Upon coming into the dealership I was introduced to Kris. He was very polite, knowledgeable about the Titan and was able to answer my questions. At first the dealership was unable to meet terms I was ok with, so I left the dealership to pursue another vehicle. I thought the deal was dead. About two days later I was contacted and Kris had somehow put life back into the deal. Long story short I was able to rid the F150 I was in. Now I liked my F150, but due to Ford’s stance on the NFL protestors they lost a military veteran owner! Due to Kris’ dedication I am now the proud and happy owner of a Titan. We already planned to trade my car in a few months, but when Debbie Lambert offered to work things out for us on the new vehicle, with deferred payments that met our needs, we drove home with the new Rogue.
