Jerry is very patient with me & love that he goes the extra mile to listen to my concerns (whining) about how I feel my cars is functioning. My most recent visit Jerry was amazing and got my problem resolved. Thanks Jerry for making sure my car is kept in top shape! BTW I did a review for the Nissan dealer service dept, it was terrible customer service (will never go there again, it was so bad) In my review I suggested to management they should come to Subaru Superstore service dept and see how to do it right & give excellent customer service!
