I was born and raised in Buffalo, NY and moved to Arizona in 1995 and have been in Automotive Service since the move. I feel so fortunate to be surrounded by such an outstanding team here at Subaru Superstore and am excited about the Subaru brand. Wow, it simply amazes me!

Jerry has been servicing our Subarus since 2008. My Mom thought the world of him and she insisted he service the car every 3 to 6 months whether it needed it or not. Jerry has always made me feel welcome! He has always treated me with respect and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, listens and makes sure to find me an answer to my questions rega He has always treated me with respect and professionalism. He is very knowledgeable, listens and makes sure to find me an answer to my questions regarding the auto, even if I am not always happy with the answer. He is HONEST and that is much appreciated! He keeps me informed of my upcoming services and an approximate amount they will cost and the time needed for the repair, allowing for me to budget and manage my time approprietly. He customer service is exceptional!! I guess because of his time with Subaru has made him an expert in his field of work. I inquired several years back about the vacation policy with Subaru for its employees and found out it is not much (if I remember correctly it was like 2-3 weeks) for long term employees (not much year after year of working). Jerry is one employee that deserves a sabatical of at least 7 weeks a year as many employees at other companies deserve and GET to take. I am one who gets sabaticals as needed. If I were Subaru and had a fantastic employee like Jerry, I would up my game and I hope Management hears this and takes action, time to re-evaluate your company policy (Good help and loyalty is hard to find). I dont want to ever see Jerry leave because that would mean I would have have to start over with my trust and honesty in another service provider. More

I appreciate the service department and end up driving over 35minutes from home to go there. The Advisor Jerry Zack is one of the major reasons.
