Always have a great experience at Subaru Superstore of Chandler, we have several Subaru that we get serviced there. I love that I have been assigned to the BEST Service Advisor Jerry Zack. Jerry is very Chandler, we have several Subaru that we get serviced there. I love that I have been assigned to the BEST Service Advisor Jerry Zack. Jerry is very patient with me & love that he goes the extra mile to listen to my concerns (whining) about how I feel my cars is functioning. My most recent visit Jerry was amazing and got my problem resolved. Thanks Jerry for making sure my car is kept in top shape! BTW I did a review for the Nissan dealer service dept, it was terrible customer service (will never go there again, it was so bad) In my review I suggested to management they should come to Subaru Superstore service dept and see how to do it right & give excellent customer service! More

I have appreciated my service advisor Jerry Zack. He looks out for the best interest of my Outback. I love my vehicle, but my friends and family joke that it was built on a Monday or Friday.
