I will say several dealerships had already sold the vehicle I was interested in and still had me come in to look at other cars to try to sucker me into a deal. She let me know upfront that the vehicle has been sold and recommended a different vehicle. This gave me time to look at the carfax and vehicle information prior to sitting down. I have to share what an incredible experience I had with this Subaru dealership. From the very first phone call, I told them exactly what I was looking for. It took me a little while to get out of my previous lease, and we even had snowstorms in the middle of everything. Not once did I feel pressured. Instead, they were patient, understanding, and would simply check in to make sure I was okay. That level of kindness meant more than they probably realize. The day I picked up my new car, everything went seamlessly. I had my insurance lined up, paperwork was smooth, and the entire process felt organized and thoughtful. No chaos. No stress. Most painless car buying experience I've ever had. Found the vehicle we wanted online, got a price quote through email, and received a very fair trade-in offer for our car when I arrived.
