My husband and I had test driven an HRV back in 2018 at Rusty Wallis, and I fell in love, but sadly, it was just not the right time financially to get it. We now recently have come to a good spot in our lives to make the purchase, so I called them back and we made an appointment (to comply with new regulations). My original salesman was not available my day off, but I ended up working with Jesse B. It was a very relaxed process. I had never purchased a brand new vehicle before, and I was ready to go to battle due to the stigma of buying a car that people have created. I ended up getting a nicer model of the HRV than I intended, and they worked with my on getting the payments to where I was comfortable. The manager Manny was very helpful in getting the pricing and getting a better value for my trade in. I love my new car, and we will definitely go to them for our next Honda purchase (we are an all Honda family haha). More
