She adjusted her schedule to meet with me more than once because I was coming from a long distance. She was always very responsive and attentive to my e-mails and phone calls. Moreover, she was patient with the numerous questions and inquiries I posed to her about the various models, options, purchase v. lease, etc. However, I was probably most impressed with Jesse's knowledge of the vehicles, which far surpassed any other dealership experience I've had in the past. In short, I would high recommend Jesse and Atlanta Classic Cars if you're considering a Mercedes. More

Thanks to her ability to quickly and efficiently contrast the improvements in the 2013 ML to the one I previously owned, she made the entire process one that few people are likely to have ever experienced in relation to a new vehicle purchase. But Jesse's efforts to ensure I had a totally satisfactory experience with my new ML did not end with the trade. She has contacted me periodically to be certain the new ML fully met my expectations. When it came time to buy my second Mercedes, Jesse already had the perfect car selected for me. Time is critically important to me. Jesse's contact with me and attention to the information I share with her has made my Mercedes car buying experiences the best I've ever had and they've taken the least amount of time. Combined with the outstanding (prompt, clean, and courteous) service I receive from the ACC Service Department and the excellence of my Mercedes itself, I won't go anywhere else to purchase a car. She helped me locate the car with my ideal configuration, which allowed me to check it out before making up my mind. This is extremely helpful, and none of the other dealers were able to do that for me. I owe Jesse a big thank you! Furthermore, I am remote to Jesse's dealership. From the beginning, she knew that I might not purchase from her.
