For that reason, accuracy must always take priority over speed to protect our customers and ensure everything is handled correctly. Regarding your vehicle concerns, you were referred to Audi because certain services, such as warranty work, are best performed by them and may be covered under their programs rather than becoming an out-of-pocket expense for you. I understand how frustrating delays and lack of follow up can feel, and I appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we can work to improve the process.
