When I walked into the GWI dealership, I was pleasantly surprised with the atmosphere - friendly and easy going. I was very pleased with Jesse Hale, my Sales Consultant, who helpful, knowledgeable and did surprised with the atmosphere - friendly and easy going. I was very pleased with Jesse Hale, my Sales Consultant, who helpful, knowledgeable and did everything possible to answer any and all questions I had. There was absolutely no pressure or comparing prices I received from other dealers, which I found very refreshing while shopping for a car. I also met Mike Vanderhoof, Hyundai Sales Manager, and Terry Maxson, Finance Manager who were great to work with. The vehicle I purchased had safety and convenience features which was all new to me. I called Jesse more than a few times asking questions on features I couldn't quite figure out from the Owners Manual. He was always gracious and patient with me. All in all, my experience from looking for the car I wanted, to purchasing the car and driving the car off the lot was a five-star experience.. More
