The salesman lied to me. I drove 6 hours round trip and took 2 days off work (my husband and myself) to go look at this car. He said he would keep me informed if there was another buyer, but he just took the day off of work and when I got to Ewing Subaru of Plano, they wouldn't even show me the car. If the salesman isn't a scummy liar, then he is severely incompetent. More

DO NOT BUY YOUR VEHICLE HERE. We just bought a used truck from Ewing Subaru. They told us we could not negotiate on our interest rate at all. They didn’t give us options on intere We just bought a used truck from Ewing Subaru. They told us we could not negotiate on our interest rate at all. They didn’t give us options on interest rates for different lengths of payment. I went and bought another used vehicle 2 days later from a different dealership and got 2.5% LOWER interest rate. I called Ewing and the finance guy told me I could have gotten a lower interest rate if I would have done 72 months. But that options was NEVER presented to us. I’m sure all they cared about was making their money and screwing over hard working people. Disgusting. I will never buy here again. More

I was very displeased with the quality of the used car being sold on your lot. I am not sure how this car had a clean carfax. Traveled an hour away to see it had been in a wreck.
