Sales wanted to push the vehicle out the door before the end of the year. Offered to deliver to our home which we accepted. The Silverado 2500HD was indeed delivered but showed up with packing material stuc end of the year. Offered to deliver to our home which we accepted. The Silverado 2500HD was indeed delivered but showed up with packing material stuck throughout the interior carpet, orange iron stains on the plastic parts of the bumper and bed rails, scratches near the tailgate, engine also was a quart low of oil.. This was relayed to Jesse Olguin the morning after delivery which he totally ignored. Shame on Reliable Chevrolet for not taking care of these details before delivery. After 3 weeks still no contact to us to resolve. More
