Jesse Olguin my salesmen was great but after purchasing my 2024 Colorado truck the Dealership’s customer support is disgraceful. The trucks manuel did not have any warnings to not install a truck bed rack my 2024 Colorado truck the Dealership’s customer support is disgraceful. The trucks manuel did not have any warnings to not install a truck bed rack due to Chevrolet using thinner steel for the truck bed rails. I’ve installed this truck bed rack on my 2019 Colorado and 2021 Colorado with no issues. I let my salesman now that I was going to transfer the truck bed rack to my new 2024 Colorado and he did not inform me that the 2024 trucks bed rails would not support the truck bed rack. The rack weighs 65 lbs. I took my new 2024 Colorado on its 1st camping trip. I had around 160 lbs of camping gear distributed evenly on the rack. The truck bed rails bent inwards. I did not have this issue with my 2019 and 2021 Colorados so I didn’t expect to have this problem with the new truck. I asked the dealership to do the right thing and cover the repair since I was not warned of the thinner steel in the bed rails but was denied. I guess as long as they get the sale they’re good. I’ll never purchase a vehicle from this dealership or recommend it. I’m also going to service my damaged truck elsewhere. More
