Jesse did not write anything down when I brought the vehicle in. I asked to have the rear step tightened up as it was loose. That was not done. I brought truck in for a popping noise in front end. As it is better after repairs there was a pop when I hit speed bump right in front of service door. I then drove it around in parking lot and could only duplicate pop a couple times. It still pops but not nearly as bad as it used to. I think Jesse should work on up sale items like wiper blades. I didn’t think about it at the time however it would have been an easy sell. More

My repair lasted around 1000 miles, or just one month. I took it back and they have had it for 5 weeks now, trying to repair the repair they failed on. Parts are not available. During all this, I had my Ram 2500 oil changed, they left the air filter housing unbolted, and sent me on my way. A day later as I replaced my air filter, I discovered their failure to completely re-install the filter housing. So, a jeep repair failed, and then they failed to have the part available to repair it again, and they failed to complete a repair on the 2500 diesel they were not supposed to do. More
