My salesman, John Franko was very nice. As was the rest of the staff. He even delivered the title to me when I needed to get plates before driving on an extended trip. However, the vehicle As was the rest of the staff. He even delivered the title to me when I needed to get plates before driving on an extended trip. However, the vehicle that they sold me, a 2023 Honda Ridgeline has a few problems that did not surface on the test drive. I immediately needed to purchase 2 new tires because the front tires had little tread on them.. I was slipping turning corners. There is a huge rattle in the front end, which I had checked out by a mechanic that said it was likely the result of being in an accident. I knew the vehicle had been in a accident, but there was definitely no rattle when I initially drove it. The mechanic said I need to take it to a body shop. Front turn signal light is so cloudy, License plate light has a short in it. One of the headlights has a halo around it. I am not sure that this vehicle was ever inspected by their mechanics even though I was charged a great amount for "dealer prep" They also took my social security number, although I do not know why because I made a cash purchase. There was no owners manual in it. Also no floor mats or rugs in the front or back. Probably not the best decision I have ever made purchasing a vehicle but my truck was stolen about 10 days prior to my purchase and I think I was still in shock and not in the proper frame of mind to make this purchase. I do not know who Marco Lopez or Jesse Torres is. Their names are listed as someone I worked with, but I did not. More

STAY AWAY! !!! My husband found a 2025 Double Nickle Durango with 0 miles on the website listed for $33,485. He sent a message and a Chatbot responded and asked !!! My husband found a 2025 Double Nickle Durango with 0 miles on the website listed for $33,485. He sent a message and a Chatbot responded and asked if he would like to make an appointment with Carlos to come in and look at the car. My personal vehicle is nearing the end of it's lease and we are looking to replace it. My husband specified to the Chatbot that he was only interested in this specific vehicle and wanted to make sure that it is available and at the correct price before we made the hour drive to the dealership. He was concerned that this was a made up price for a vehicle that would turn out to be unavailable, but they would sell us a similar car for a higher price. He was assured several times that it was listed at the $33,485 and that it was currently "in stock," they then confirmed the appointment several times. So, this morning, my son's 18th birthday, we confirmed one last time and then made the hour drive. When we walked in and told them we were there to meet with Carlos, they made us wait and then had some other kid come out because "Carlos" is unavailable. He sits us down and starts talking down my husband's information saying it's so they can confirm the leasing agreement for my car and asking for my keys to my Jeep. I was immediately uncomfortable. We hadn't even seen the Durango yet and they are already wanting my keys and personal information? He says, "ok, let me go see about that Durango." After 15 mins, he comes back with a list and says that that vehicle sold this morning to border patrol, but they have other Durangos. Excuse me? My husband shows him the numerous confirmations through their Chatbot and said this is exactly what he expected to happen. I told him bring me my keys right now, I'm extremely uncomfortable with this whole situation. Then the kid's manager comes over to try to smooth things out, along with my keys which he kept near him, and says "oh, no, it's not sold, but it's not here. The owner of the dealership's family is driving it as a demo. But we can have it here on Monday." The car that is supposed to be on the lot with no miles. I said I was ready to go because I don't like being lied to, we are there missing time with my son on his birthday, and the whole situation was shady. My husband gave him one chance to make it right. They say ok, and leave us sitting. While we are waiting, my husband got a notification that his credit had been run. Nobody said anything about running his credit because they hadn't even told us what Durangos they have and the prices. They come back after 20 mins and say we have a 2026 Durango in a different color for $14,000 more. After that, I said I'm done. This place is as shady as it gets. They lure you in for vehicles that probably don't even exist, and if they do, they are NOT what they list them as. They can't even keep their stories straight when lying to you. I now think "Carlos" isn't a person, but a code for "suckers." Luckily all we wasted was time with my son we can't get back and not also thousands of dollars on some crappy vehicle. More

Want to spend 6 hours being lied to and coerced into misrepresented upsells? Want to drive off the lot with an unsafe and unreliable vehicle? Want to be held hostage past closing hours (in freezing weat misrepresented upsells? Want to drive off the lot with an unsafe and unreliable vehicle? Want to be held hostage past closing hours (in freezing weather) and pressured into lying to a bank in order to leave with your vehicle that you already paid for? Want to receive falsified service reports and contradictory information after leaving the car in their possession? Want to be told fabricated information and unable to escalate issues past incompetent reps? Want to be harassed at work then subsequently ghosted whenever you inevitably get stranded from the lemon they sold you? Want to receive voicemails of their reps defecating? Want to be offered a beer from the sales reps desk stash after you finalize the scam? If so, MIDWAY DODGE IS THE PLACE FOR YOU! After they honk a Durango horn directly in your 2 year olds face and lie their way into your pocket, You’ll drive home with bald tires, a 4 inch nail in your tire, a gas port that won’t open, a junkyard battery that will leave you stranded, a whole lot less money in your account and the peace of mind that within 24 hours, you’ll be without a vehicle, take a hit for Ubers, missed work, daycare, etc - and lose sleep soundly at night knowing that you’ll receive zero assistance in getting the car reliably drivable and safe enough for your family. They really go above and beyond with their level of incompetence and dishonesty! Don’t forget to document every single detail from interactions to reports to expenses, because if you’re in a pickle and looking for a way to make your day, week, month or year a whole lot worse? MIDWAY DODGE HAS YOU COVERED! Pay no mind to their expired business license, just add it to the evidence for your future lawsuit! I can’t think of a better place to go, except maybe the 6th layer of 🔥 - which is admittedly a lot warmer than the freezing parking lot of MIDWAY DODGE (before they kick you to the curb) and probably a lot kinder. Take notes, record what you can, document every word, take plenty of good photos before and after “services”, be prepared to pull teeth for a loaner or have some other means of transportation or… just avoid them entirely. Those I worked with were; Jimmy Chen, Kiko, Dan, Jesse, and the lady answering the phones and “transferring” us to dead lines and instant hang ups. They also operate off of Facebook pages so beware. Even if everything looks good, you’re probably in for a few surprises. More
