I was amazed at their ability to still remain professional and handle the business aspects of everything. I also like their ability to balance their personal and professional feelings concerning their customers. They meet their customers where their at which is a true gift. I had my car serviced and the service team was so exemplary that another customer stated, "she'd rather travel the distance and get great Customer Service from Jeff Wyler Nissan on Dixie HWY than to get horrible service from the one who is in her neighborhood." I really love their diversity and very humanistic yet professional ways of handling business. Jesse Wagner was wonderful! He walked in the door and acknowledged me after I had stood in showroom for 15 minutes. I told him what I wanted, he showed me around, was wonderful! I test drove, and bought the new vehicle. His supervisor, on the other hand refused to drop the price that Jesse suggested for me, and did not give me a fair deal on my trade in. He also tried to talk me into taking on a huge monthly car payment, when I refused, I said cash or no deal, he argued with me. It took forever to get paper work done, and I was late for work. I still do not have a title or registration for the vehicle, and had to go back 2 days later and spend another day for the vehicle to be poly sealed, ect. I also got into purchasing a limited service/repair agreement for over a thousand dollars, a check that has not even been deposited. I have left a message. I have saw commercials on black Friday deals from this dealer, which should have been applied to me. Over all I had a positive experience with Jessie, meeting the service tech, and others. Jesse Wagner was extremely supportive I recently purchased a 2012 Nissan Maxima SV from this dealership and the salesman I worked with was phenomenal. Jesse Wagner was extremely supportive and helpful. He practically broke his back and wore out his shoes to get me the car I was so interested in. Initially, I went there looking for a 3.5 S Altima but that particular vehicle was at another dealership. Jesse did offer to take me to the vehicle fora test drive, but I declined because I was to lazy to go. I was determined to find something on the lot that day. Prior to me purchasing my Maxima, I test drove a 2015 Nissan Altima SV and that is a very nice car as well. Jesse did the best he could to get me in that car, but I wanted to think it over. Fast forward a week later and I was back and received even better service than my first visit. I would definitely recommend this dealership to a friend or family member, and personally I'd send them to Jesse. I did speak with Aaron Frisk via email about scheduling an appointment for the Altima I mentioned previously, but I dealt with Jesse Wagner face to face on both visits. I also got the pleasure to work with Selwyn Brown regarding financing and he was very approachable, and eager to help just like Jesse. I got a great car I've always wanted for a great price I can afford as well. More
