Jessica Allen was highly rated in all my online research so I was happy that she responded. This was nothing like any previous car buying experience. There was no pushy sales pitch, no constant pressure from sales people, managers, or others to come in and 'make a deal'. The most outstanding quality I experienced was honesty. Every question I had was answered completely and openly. I was treated fairly and with dignity at all times, and I feel that I got a great deal. Though Jessica was the sales person I dealt with the most, each and every person who assisted me was an absolute pleasure to deal with and extremely helpful. To the point that I travelled 350 miles to purchase my car from them. If that doesn't say how pleased I am to deal with Waite Toyota I don't know what would. More
