Jessica was amazing to work with! Not only was she low pressure, but she went out of her way to send us videos of several Odyssey’s and their features, while I was home recovering from a surgery. We drove over an hour just because she was so straightforward and honest. We have now owned our odyssey for 2 days and she is still reaching out with video tutorials to make sure we are comfortable with all of the new features and happy with our purchase. He worked with me to get only the necessities done and recommended what needed to be done as soon as possible when the budget allows. He kept me informed throughout the day either by text or a phone call. When I went to pick up my vehicle, he was very quick in reviewing, getting my cashed out and to my vehicle.
