Purchased a vehicle on May 31. Drove 3hrs to pick it up and the deal went well with salesman, and car has been great. They can’t seem to find a title, and have ignored our calls, and told us things that were straight lies over and over again. As of today (Sept 1) we still do not have a registration and I have filed a complaint with the state. More

The salesman was great to deal with and made it an easy experience. Our problem was after dealing with the salesman. Called several times to find where our title was to only get a different run around and experience. Our problem was after dealing with the salesman. Called several times to find where our title was to only get a different run around and story each time we called. Finally tracked down the title and they had sent it to the wrong place. Offered to overnight it and didn’t do it when they said they would. They would also not cover late fees that we had to pay to get the vehicle tagged due to their poor service, we had to drive 45 minutes one way to the wrong tag office. Poor service after the salesman interaction was over. More
