I was told on three separate occasions that I would have my car in the service department by the next day and it wasn't until the third time it got in on the day I was told it would be there. Was told they my car in the service department by the next day and it wasn't until the third time it got in on the day I was told it would be there. Was told they put off servicing it because it was an easier repair than others. Vehicle was there just short of two weeks and if I hadn't expressed my frustration with the fact they never answered the phone and my messages would not be answered that that someone finally got a hold of me after it was there all week I don't know that I would still be waiting to here from them. Need to get your act together. More
