Jess Gets an A++ AND a Gold Star Sticker! Jess came to rescue last Saturday when I was told that the only car we had was totaled, and I had an extremely short window of time to get another veh Jess came to rescue last Saturday when I was told that the only car we had was totaled, and I had an extremely short window of time to get another vehicle. We showed up at Sundance before they closed and Jess told me she would do what she could to find me a financier for the Chevy Trax we chose (with her help). I am an Itinerant teacher, which means I have to have a way to get to and from the three districts I support. Jess called me back on Tuesday with the news that I had been approved and last evening (Wednesday) I was driving off in my brand-new Chevy! Jess gets an A++ for service and for really listening to what I needed for work. She gets the gold star for excellence in turnaround! Thank you, Jess! I would recommend to all of my friends and family looking for a vehicle to contact her and I think they would find what I did- compassionate, quality care and an honest opinion on what would work best for me! Willing to Negotiate Firstly, I am only knocking a star because the first sales man we were set-up with wasn't as impressive as our second; his search criteria and attenti Firstly, I am only knocking a star because the first sales man we were set-up with wasn't as impressive as our second; his search criteria and attention to detail were not up to the same quality as our second sales person. The sales woman who actually sold us this car was quite impressive at trying to see to it that we were satisfied, and she was very organized which is something my wife appreciates. She wrote down everything we wanted in a car, did a thorough search, and then wrote down car details and prices to help us compare and contrast the options. Her search was methodical and we really trusted that she wanted to see us happy, leaving no stone unturned. We test drove 3 cars and eventually decided to go with a car that was not in the Grand Ledge lot. They had the car driven from Okemos to Grand Ledge in 2 hours on a busy Saturday – pretty impressive. In the end, we were able to negotiate a great deal too. We are very happy with the Gold Care Package and remote start that they installed as part of our negotiation as well. The Gold Care package is nice because it rust proofs the car, protects the under carriage, and will allow us to keep it looking like new for years to come due to their yearly discounted Gold Care touch-up. We'd recommend Sundance and especially Jessica McNeilly, whom we will seek out in the future if we are in the market again. More
