Exceedingly happy Having heard and watched commercials for Sundance Chevrolet, my wife and I decided to go check you guys out and see what you had in used trucks. Jessica McNeilly came out and showed us several trucks that fit our criteria. She was most helpful and in the end got us a great deal on a 2015 Ford F-150xlt. Ran my credit WITHOUT my permission I called the dealership with hopes of trading my 2018 Chevy 2500HD in for a Tahoe. When I discussed this with Jess, I gave her the info on my truck an I called the dealership with hopes of trading my 2018 Chevy 2500HD in for a Tahoe. When I discussed this with Jess, I gave her the info on my truck and we had agreed that all she was going to do was research my truck and let me know what they would give me for my truck on trade. A couple hours later I received a notification from LifeLock that my credit had been checked. The Sales Manager told her to run my credit, even though I had specifically requested that she NOT do so. She didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know, she just ran the credit check. I would NEVER go to this dealership, and neither should anyone reading this. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!! More
