not sure about a recommendation. we live in GL now - wanted to support local. came to sundance to get our new car. we just picked up the car yesterday - Thursday Sept 29. 2022. we live in GL now - wanted to support local. came to sundance to get our new car. we just picked up the car yesterday - Thursday Sept 29. 2022. the problem: we were not asked ahead of time about doing the undercoating for rust - but rather given a form to sign charging us $788 to do the undercoat (which stinks badly, by the way - spoils any new car smell) - it sure seems unethical to do that - bad business and not good for PR. its seems to border on illegal - who does something like that? have never ever had a business go ahead and do a service without permission to do so. We sure were disappointed that Sundance did that. We believe a refund is due to us for the $788 - although doubt we will even hear back from Sundance. In the future it would be wise to not insult your customers by doing something like that. Jess was very helpful and we like our new Equinox. We think you put your sales people in an awkward position by having them just present the customer with an invoice to sign for that service - undercoating - NOT approved ahead of time. We would not have had it done. But did not have the opportunity to decline. Bad business for sure. More

Three years ago, Jess Moon handled my first ever auto lease. She was remarkably efficient and helped me find just the right vehicle for my needs. This year she helped me purchase my leased auto! We were able to handle most of the details by phone and Messenger…a big thing for me due to a schedule full of medical appointments for both myself and for my sister as she I drive her to Chemo-Infusion treatment for Bone Marrow Cancer. One trip to the dealership to sign paperwork…..another half day for rust-proofing and detailing and I drove away in a shiny good as new car! Thanks, Jess…..I recommend you highly for anyone wanting to reduce the angst of switching vehicles! More
