(And mine was a challenge I'm sure!) I walked away with a 2 year 24000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. Gap insurance and 54 month loan. Working with Jess was like working with a realtor but just with cars. She is fun to work with and like I said will wrangle you up the car that you're looking for. This Ford Escape will be the perfect addition to my family. Although the thought of my kids driving it in the too near future scares the bejeeves out of me.
