Then Jesse, a wonderful young salesman, negotiated to the price I wanted. it took a few attempts, but he did it! Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of qu I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of questions. O'Jay was familiar with this exact vehicle and answered all my questions. Without even seeing the truck in person I knew it was perfect. O'Jay made me an offer that was very fair and exactly what I was anticipating and without any haggle the deal was done over the phone. He took down all my information on a Thursday and when I came in on Saturday to pick it up it was all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. The truck was cleaned, full tank of gas and a fresh oil change before I even arrived. If you know exactly what you want ask for O'Jay. Thank you to Martha Keith in Finance for having all the paperwork ready and getting me in and out so quickly. Overall I was shocked at how easy and smooth the process was. The dealership is new, clean and has a very nice waiting room and cafe. More

We walk away from pushy sales people , Ivan was not. This is not our first rodeo, we don't like "games". We have purchased from Courtesy before and had a great experience then too, so that was why we returned. Jessica was AWESOME as well! She helped show us all the "techy" gadgets that our Camaro is equipped with! We will certainly return when it's time to replace a car. More
