Shola, who answered the phone from the internet department has great communication skills. He got me to drive from Gilbert to come in. Then Jesse, a wonderful young salesman, negotiated to the price I wanted. it took a few attempts, but he did it! Then there was Josh, Edwin, and Michael, they were behind the scenes helping to make this transaction happen. Finally, there was Steven in finance who gave me the best and amazing rate! Absolute Best Car Buying Experience I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of qu I saw the used GMC Yukon that I had been looking for on their website. I called and spoke with O'Jay Vanegas about this truck and asked a bunch of questions. O'Jay was familiar with this exact vehicle and answered all my questions. Without even seeing the truck in person I knew it was perfect. O'Jay made me an offer that was very fair and exactly what I was anticipating and without any haggle the deal was done over the phone. He took down all my information on a Thursday and when I came in on Saturday to pick it up it was all ready to go. I was in and out of the dealership in just over an hour. The truck was cleaned, full tank of gas and a fresh oil change before I even arrived. If you know exactly what you want ask for O'Jay. Thank you to Martha Keith in Finance for having all the paperwork ready and getting me in and out so quickly. Overall I was shocked at how easy and smooth the process was. The dealership is new, clean and has a very nice waiting room and cafe. More

We walk away from pushy sales people , Ivan was not. This is not our first rodeo, we don't like "games". We have purchased from Courtesy before and had a great experience then too, so that was why we returned. Jessica was AWESOME as well! She helped show us all the "techy" gadgets that our Camaro is equipped with! We will certainly return when it's time to replace a car. More

I've not purchased a brand-new car in nearly 30 years;I was unsure where to begin so I tried TRUECar. I was offered three dealers in my area, my first visit was to Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix and the pleasure of meeting with Jon Riggs. Jon is "Courteous", friendly, accommodating, and genuinely polite. However, I had two other dealers I needed to visit. As I was ready to walk away, Jon had a colleague, Barry, join our conversation. However, Jon and Barry both understood I had my truck buying homework to finish and they both were very polite as I left. It was a very nice experience to be able to tell both Jon and Barry... "Not right now..." and have both of them respect my decision and my need to complete my homework. After a couple of days of homework, the other two dealers made my decision of where I would be buying my new vehicle very clear and easy, I would be buying from Jon Riggs at Courtesy! The overall experience from the initial TRUECar email and telephone call from Jon, follow-on text from Steve Rimer, the always smiling Nancy at the receptionist desk, Barry the other salesperson, Lucy in Finance, the incredibly knowledgeable and patient Jessica in Delivery... I am sure I have left out a few folks but rest assured, there are some great folks at Courtesy Chevrolet in Phoenix. My review is to compliment the folks at Courtesy and not to cast any negativity on the other two dealers, so I will not share the dealerships' names. During my second dealer visit, when I let the salesperson know I was just doing my homework, I was made to feel like the villain... How dare I waste their time with just looky-loo games. The salesperson at this dealer even sent a very rude and nasty text to me. At dealer #3, although less rude, I was given the "this price is only good for today" tactic, which I found very annoying! So after my homework was complete, I was more than happy that the other two dealers made my decision very clear. I would be returning to Jon Riggs and the team at Courtesy Chevrolet. The Courtesy price was competitive but that is not the reason why I bought at Courtesy. I bought at Courtesy because of the people. Like any company, Courtesy is made up of people, and it is these people that make Courtesy what I would call a great company. I've now consumed nearly 500 words and I come back to my original overall experience rating as being PHENOMENAL! More
