Good afternoon, Mr. Bare. My name is Tracy Myers, I'm the owner of Frank Myers Auto Maxx and I'm sorry that your car shopping experience wasn't what you expected or deserved. However, there seems to be some misunderstandings so THANK YOU for allowing me to offer some clarity. The 40% down that you mentioned was essentially our Sign and Drive Program but was NOT required. And we offer a lot of our patrons an option with a co because we can often get better lender terms. However, once again, it's not a requirement. I'm sorry that we didn't make that clear to you and we take full responsibility. You ARE still a perfect candidate for our $155 down payment program so please let me know if this is what you would like to take advantage of. I appreciate you and I look forward to hearing back from you
