I trust but verify. I am the customer and I know that. There is an issue with the battery test that needs to be resolved as Google AI even says GM is aware of the test f I am the customer and I know that. There is an issue with the battery test that needs to be resolved as Google AI even says GM is aware of the test flaw. This needs to be corrected so people are not wasting money replacing perfectly good batteries. All I did was ask questions trying to understand conflicting information that I tried to politely explain. After the heated exchange and having battery tested elsewhere I went to Google AI and found out about the GM known issue with the way the battery tests are done saying good batteries are bad. Don't believe me but do your job and search for yourself. More

Everything was fine, although I have no way of knowing whether it was done or not... I have to trust the dealership that they did everything according to specs. People were very pleasant. I do appreciate the discount that was offered, but as a senior on a fixed income, this is a hit to my monthly budget. More

Just paid to have my truck serviced by your dealership! ($4000.00)) look up service history!! Couple months pass and boom, more brake issues that will cost us another $1000.00!
