Originally everything went well. However there was an issue where the finance managers told us to write the incorrect amount on the check from our bank. No problem, called the bank t However there was an issue where the finance managers told us to write the incorrect amount on the check from our bank. No problem, called the bank to have them issue another one. My problem is, our sales person, Leonard sends what I consider a threatening message stating if we didn't bring in another check they will have to take the car back and they already sold our trade in. First of all, this makes it sounds as if we intentionally wrote the wrong amount on the check. TOYOTA informed us what to write on the check. We didn't just magically choose a number from thin air! It wasn't a bank error and it wasn't our error, it was Toyota! People make mistakes, I would be fine, however that message from Leonard definitely put a sour taste in my mouth. More
