Horrible Customer Service Visited the dealership at noon on May 24, asked what time they closed they said 5 pm. Went back at 4 to request a test drive and to take it to show my Visited the dealership at noon on May 24, asked what time they closed they said 5 pm. Went back at 4 to request a test drive and to take it to show my husband who couldnt come with, who was 5 min away. Was told no, I needed to come back on tues. Explained to them my husband was only here for the holiday weekend and wouldnt be back for several more months. I reminded them that I asked earlier when they would close. Salesperson again went back to the sales manager, who told her no, I could not test drive a car because they were closing early but that I could come back tues. My husband flew out Monday. Not once did the sales manager ever come out to speak with us or even try to accomodate. I did end up buying a new car from a dealership. However now I will never shop at any of these sales lots because of the lack of customer service. I understand wanting to get home to your family. However I asked when you closed earlier, I explained to them my situation and why I really couldnt wait til Tues. Customer Service is not a priority at this facility, if they cant see a potential sale and knowing the money they would have made off that sale, I cant imagine what the other services are like. More
