Jesse was great. The rest of my experience was average at best. Management tried to lowball me on a trade-in. The finance/contract guy (even though I paid cash) wa The rest of my experience was average at best. Management tried to lowball me on a trade-in. The finance/contract guy (even though I paid cash) was a bit relentless in trying to upsell me on an extended warranty. And the worst thing was preloading a 3rd party security system that, from what I read afterward, is subpar to what OnStar provides. I thank Jesse for all his help, but the rest, unfortunately, would lead me to not recommend this dealership. More
