We walked into the dealership ready to purchase a vehicle. We already had our financing arranged beforehand and were prepared to complete the deal that day. Joseph took us on a test drive of a used vehicle that, unfortunately, had not even been cleaned or wiped down since the previous owner. Despite that, we liked the vehicle and were willing to purchase it as-is. There were a few issues with the vehicle that we discussed with Joseph. He advised us not to take the vehicle that day because he wanted to speak with his manager about what they could do regarding those issues. We were told his manager had already left around 4 PM that Wednesday, and Joseph specifically told us to come back the following morning. He said he started at 11 AM and would be in contact with us. The next day, I had not heard from him, so I reached out around noon and again around 2 PM. His eventual response was simply, “car sold” followed by “you blew it.” When I called the dealership to address the situation, Joseph answered but would not transfer me to anyone else. I had to call back three or four times before another salesperson finally answered and transferred me. I completely understand that used vehicles are first come, first served and are generally sold as-is. My issue is not simply that the vehicle sold. My issue is that we were ready and willing to purchase it the day before, but followed the salesperson’s advice to wait while he spoke with his manager. To then be told “you blew it” after following his recommendation was extremely unprofessional and frustrating. Giovanni the GM did attempt to address the situation with me over the phone, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the conversation became difficult because I repeatedly felt talked over rather than being given the opportunity to fully explain what had happened. He was completely ready to let me walk. Not even an attempt to locate a similar car. Ultimately, we walked in ready to buy a car and left without one because we followed the dealership’s own salesperson’s recommendation. I understand another customer purchasing the vehicle, but the communication and way the situation was handled afterward were disappointing. More

From the beginning, he was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely interested in helping us. He was transparent, willing to discuss pricing, and never made us feel pressured. At one point, the process stalled when we were working with Giovanni Yanez, who unfortunately wasn’t very willing to work with us or move the deal forward. We were honestly preparing to leave. Joseph followed us outside, took the time to talk with us, listened to our concerns, and really went to bat for us to help get the deal done. That level of customer service is something we genuinely appreciated. Once Jesus Gomez stepped in, everything got back on track. He was professional, responsive, and made sure our concerns were addressed. He stayed on top of every item listed on our due bill and was committed to making sure we were satisfied even after the purchase. That gave us confidence that the dealership would stand behind what was promised. Joseph and Jesus turned what could have been a lost sale into a great buying experience.
