So much better than Kenosha Just got car serviced. Friendly service and as fast as they told me - in and out in about 30 minutes (will leave as soon as I finish this review). Just got car serviced. I own three Fords and unfortunately live 40 minutes away or would think about making Braeger my normal dealer - so much better than our local Ford dealer in Kenosha with long waits for service and poor customer service. Job well done Braeger. As with all manufacturing dealers, prices are a little higher than going to a service center - but my first experience with the service center here was very positive. More

WE HAVE BEEN GOING TO BRAEGER FOR OVER 10 YEARS NOW WITH BOTH OF OUR FORD CAR AND TRUCK. YOU HAVE TO BE A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE GOOD PEOPLE OR MY WIFE AND I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TIME AFTER TI BOTH OF OUR FORD CAR AND TRUCK. YOU HAVE TO BE A GOOD SERVICE DEPARTMENT AND HAVE GOOD PEOPLE OR MY WIFE AND I WOULD NOT BE COMING BACK TIME AFTER TIME FOR SERVICE AND REPAIRS. I LIKE BRAEGER BECAUSE I KNOW THE WORK WILL BE DONE RIGHT. I DON'T LIKE TO COME BACK AND HAVE REPAIRS REDONE. Peter was very customer focused. He was timely with calls and information. Peter took care of ALL of the details, ie care rental, pick up /drop site, was courteous of my time and made any delays easy calls and information. Braeger Ford deserves my recommendation because they strive to provide excellent service. I have been taking my vehicles to the Braeger Group (Chrysler & Ford) for about 18 years. They have stood by t strive to provide excellent service. I have been taking my vehicles to the Braeger Group (Chrysler & Ford) for about 18 years. They have stood by their service through thick & thin. I have had transmission work, suspension, recall work and tune-ups done here. All have been satisfactory. They have restored my confidence in taking my vehicles back to the dealership for major work. They were exemplary when it came to purchasing a new car also. Thanks Braeger! More

I have been in the service center three times since purchasing a 2012 Focus at the beginning of November and they have been nothing but fantastic. The first time was for a scheduled check up after havi purchasing a 2012 Focus at the beginning of November and they have been nothing but fantastic. The first time was for a scheduled check up after having the car for a month - everything went great EXCEPT my salesman hadn't ordered my replacement key - sales dropped the ball but Peter took it on himself to make sure the key got ordered. The second time I was in was to replace my windshield that had cracked. When I bought the car there was a chip in the windshield that my salesman said was "no big deal", but he promised to get it taken care of when I kept asking him about it - but he never did. When I arrived to have the windshield replaced and sales had, yet again, failed to do their part (they needed to do some internal paperwork because it wasn't something I was being billed for) but Peter stepped up and made sure my car got the new windshield. The third time I was in was last week after my battery died. Since I had owned the car for less than 3 months (and the car is only 2 1/2 years old), Jessie replaced my battery free of charge. Everyone I have dealt with in the Service Department at Braeger has been great - always friendly (even when I really wasn't). I will gladly bring my car back (which hopefully won't be for a very, very long time). More

I continue to go to Braeger Ford because of Jessie. She makes me feel comfortable and I know I can trust her decision. Being a woman I am glad to have another woman so knowlegable in the automotive field. makes me feel comfortable and I know I can trust her decision. I have always been extremely impressed with Braeger Ford on 27th Street. I have been bringing my 2005 Explorer there for YEARS and have never been less than extremely satisfied. Therefore, when I was lookin on 27th Street. I have been bringing my 2005 Explorer there for YEARS and have never been less than extremely satisfied. Therefore, when I was looking to get a new Explorer I knew I was going to Braeger to purchase the vehicle. Whenever I have had to bring my Explorer in for service (which was very rare) I always get the appointment time I want, get in and out quickly and I am treated like family.
