Prior to visiting the dealership I researched and found exactly what I was looking for. AJ was awesome, very patient and understanding. I apologize for not recalling the gentleman that recently started th exactly what I was looking for. AJ was awesome, very patient and understanding. I apologize for not recalling the gentleman that recently started there but supported AJ when I had additional questions. Michael stayed in touch with me daily and was not overbearing. Excellent decision on the owners behave for having Jesus as the general manager.....he displayed knowledge, understanding and professionalism. My visits leading up to the day of possession was awesome until I had the unfortunate opportunity to finalize (purchase paperwork) the purchase with sorry I don't recall his name as well, but I will never forget my time spent with him. When I sign documents I take my time, ask questions for clarification and will not sign with missing information. I do realize he probably could do his job blindfolded and that's fine, but it was a different process I was not accustom to. I don't aggressively debate nor argue, the room became tense and I requested he involve Jesus in our disagreement. Jesus arrived and solved my concern ASAP (kudos), thus the reason for a four star rating......... More
