Excellent decision on the owners behave for having Jesus as the general manager.....he displayed knowledge, understanding and professionalism. My visits leading up to the day of possession was awesome until I had the unfortunate opportunity to finalize (purchase paperwork) the purchase with sorry I don't recall his name as well, but I will never forget my time spent with him. When I sign documents I take my time, ask questions for clarification and will not sign with missing information. I do realize he probably could do his job blindfolded and that's fine, but it was a different process I was not accustom to. I don't aggressively debate nor argue, the room became tense and I requested he involve Jesus in our disagreement.
