Jesus was kind and patient as I took multiple days to test drive vehicles, ask questions, test drive some more, and finally make a decision. Jesus gave me his honest feedback about what he felt would be a good choice for me and never pressured me to make a decision. He went above and beyond when I left a personal item in the car I was trading in and he drove to me to drop it off after his work day had already ended. That is the definition of excellent service! I hope to have my 4Runner for many years to come, but I will absolutely be recommending Jesus to anyone I know who is looking to buy a car. More

He also made the entire car-buying process easy to understand and made sure I knew exactly what was happening every step of the way. One thing that really stood out to me was how thoughtful he was with my family. My son had fallen asleep in his car seat, and I already had my hands full, so Jesus carried him in his car seat all the way to his desk for me without waking him up. I thought that was so kind and genuinely appreciated it so much. It was such a small gesture, but it meant a lot to me and really showed the kind of person he is. I also really appreciated Garett, the manager, throughout the financing process. He was very proactive, helpful, and communicative, and made sure everything was moving along smoothly. He took the time to help with the financing details and made the process feel much less stressful, which I really appreciated. What also impressed me was the service even after I purchased the car. Jesus went through EVERY feature with me and made sure I knew how everything worked before I left. He has also continued to follow up with me every day throughout the rest of the process, helping me get all of my features set up and making sure everything with the bank was taken care of. They truly went above and beyond and made what can normally be a stressful process feel easy and exciting. I never felt rushed or pressured, and I really appreciated how attentive, helpful, and caring everyone was throughout the entire experience. I would absolutely recommend Jesus, Garett, and the team to anyone looking to purchase a car. 10/10 experience! More
