We asked about comparisons to other lux brands and convinced us to go with Mercedes. Jesus went to bat to get the best deal possible which is very much appreciated! Everyone we met was at a minimum cordial but usually it was like greeting old friends. The young lady who assisted with the financing is Top Notch! Open, honest, didn't sugar coat but was direct when explaining the terms, rates and expectations. She welcomed questions and wasn't trying to hurry us along. I never considered looking at the Jackie Cooper dealership because I didn't belive there would be anything in a price range I could afford with relatively low milage. I am pleasantly surprised and would recommended the dealership to others. Keep up the great work folks. More

Upon closer inspection of the sales agreement the cost I paid exceeded the advertised cost from a Mercedes Benz promotion. Conner Kach in the financing department is focused on increasing profits more than satisfying clients and the financing process is a total sham. When issues arose after the sale it has been impossible to speak to anyone by phone, and emails sent requesting assistance have not received a response. I do not recommend buying a car from this dealership. More

Did not hold up the written contract in regards to the tint, also still has not provided the lugnut lock remover, We had to pay nearly $700.00 to remove the crap they put on for tint, and have the necessa tint, also still has not provided the lugnut lock remover, We had to pay nearly $700.00 to remove the crap they put on for tint, and have the necessary tint put on. Waited days to get the scheduled service to go over the car. We had to leave on the day we bought the car and said schedule it next week. 2 weeks passed and nothing, so i had to call and get it scheduled myself. Since we had to cover the added cost of the tint GM/Jesus offered a dinner to make up for the inconvenience, 3 weeks ago…still nothing. I have sent numerous text and still waiting. Friday it will be a month. Need i say this should have been the easiest sale EVER. More
