This is my second post so I’ll reiterate that I bought a new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they s new car from Chevy in 2018 and I sold it in December 2020. I’ve asked for months now for my unused gap insurance and dealt with several people they sent me the documentations that I had to sign and I did and still have not received my refund check. The funny thing is I also bought a brand new Chrysler Jeep on the Chrysler side the same month in 2018 which I also treated in in December 2020 and I received my check for my gap refund right away after about five weeks their customer service is great however Chevy it’s horrible they’re downright thieves so I’ve decided to take a different route I’ve been in contact with the Better Business Bureau which do you have to do in order to get off there but. This is also unfortunate because my son is also getting ready to buy two vehicles and he loves Chevy But he will not be buying them from Miami Lakes auto mall More

I have tried for 2 days after several phone calls and a voice mail yesterday to Jesus to speak with finance. Nobody will take a minute to speak with me I keep hearing that there busy . However the people over at Chrysler are great and friendly. I bought 2 new cars in 2018. Just wish I would have went elsewhere for my Chevrolet. More

I bought a Ford F150 from this dealership over a week ago and purchased the GPS package. I was told that I would be texted a pin and that I could set up the Kahu service. I have yet to receive a pin and whe and purchased the GPS package. I was told that I would be texted a pin and that I could set up the Kahu service. I have yet to receive a pin and when I tried to activate it through the app, it says that "No pending invites for this email address or mobile number" When I call the dealership, I get connected to Finance and their mailbox is full. Be Careful - Questionable Practices I had been purchasing several KIA models at this place, for years, until an Ex-Sales manager, who I used to trust over promised and underdelivered bot I had been purchasing several KIA models at this place, for years, until an Ex-Sales manager, who I used to trust over promised and underdelivered both in the overall price of a Kia Optima used 2015, and in details that still needed to be repaired by the Services Department... Systematic delay after delay until this person conveniently forgot what he promised and ignored my calls... No accountability... Folks here "kick The can" and "Pass the Buck" to someone else that you have to chase... they had me spinning in circles for months. I switched to KIA dealer in Sunrise-FL for a significant better service. My new services dealer took care of the car needs under warranty and discovered that Miami Lakes Kia had claimed a service (paid by KIA Motors) that had never been performed on the car (a SW update). More

They are liars and scammers, told me I wouldn't get approved for the loan if I didn't add warranty and gap I said sure they told me free oil changes and all mechanical failures, it turned out it only covered tires and key fob replacement which is only valid if the dealer gives you 2 keys which they didn't give me. LIARS AND SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!!!!! More
