Be Careful - Questionable Practices I had been purchasing several KIA models at this place, for years, until an Ex-Sales manager, who I used to trust over promised and underdelivered bot I had been purchasing several KIA models at this place, for years, until an Ex-Sales manager, who I used to trust over promised and underdelivered both in the overall price of a Kia Optima used 2015, and in details that still needed to be repaired by the Services Department... Systematic delay after delay until this person conveniently forgot what he promised and ignored my calls... No accountability... Folks here "kick The can" and "Pass the Buck" to someone else that you have to chase... they had me spinning in circles for months. I switched to KIA dealer in Sunrise-FL for a significant better service. My new services dealer took care of the car needs under warranty and discovered that Miami Lakes Kia had claimed a service (paid by KIA Motors) that had never been performed on the car (a SW update). More

They are liars and scammers, told me I wouldn't get approved for the loan if I didn't add warranty and gap I said sure they told me free oil changes and all mechanical failures, it turned out it only covered tires and key fob replacement which is only valid if the dealer gives you 2 keys which they didn't give me. LIARS AND SCAMMERS STAY AWAY!!!!!! More

Scammed by Miami Lakes Automall WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. With I could do less than 1 star. Was given a price by JOSE FERRIN over the phone which was literally their asking WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. With I could do less than 1 star. Was given a price by JOSE FERRIN over the phone which was literally their asking price no more no less. I agreed to it so I set my schedule aside and fought an hour through Miami traffic. I get there and JOSE FERRIN has the discussed price ready to go. All seemed well and we moved to finance to wrap things up. Once again my out the door price that we agreed to multiple times over the phone was present in the finance office with JESUS FRANCOS. We discussed interest rates and what the payment would be and I started signing papers. JESUS FRANCOS stepped outside for a few minutes and returned with JOSE FERRIN and that's when it all went downhill. They did their little "Oh no there's been a computer glitch" routine that seemed as if it had been used a thousand times over. Long story short JOSE FERRIN and JESUS FRANCOS lied to me multiple times and tried to talk me into this new price increase of $2000 which they couldn't clearly explain (those pesky computers). So I left and I will never give MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL my business. Glad I recorded the whole show that these SCAM artists put on. So far it's a hit with my family and friends. MIAMI LAKES AUTOMALL wasted my day, gas, and I got 3 hard inquiries on my credit report! Do yourself a favor and go to a real dealership. This is the quintessential grimy car dealership. More
