I purchased a 2017 four-door hard top mini Cooper from this lot around April 26, 2022. The BDC/Internet Manager here is Jose Inoa. My first mistake was going alone; as I am a woman. My second mistake was not asking pertinent questions while I was dealing with the finance manager, Jesus Francos. Long story short, the car was only valued at $19,995, after I inquired about an extended warranty/maintenance package, and added it, the total cost financed was $28,500. The APR was 10%, if I let the loan last until it’s maturity date, I will have paid $38,000 for a 2017 Mini Cooper. Of course, the antics of the finance manager are to have you sit there for hours until you are exhausted listening to phone calls of him trying to get you a “better deal”. After the exhaustion of course the consumer is willing to sign anything to get off the lot with the car. The finance manager continue to say “oh this is a great deal, this is a great deal,…” only for me to realize that I did not sign a great deal at all until the next day in reviewing the documents with other personnel. A total rip off, I am not sure why I did not read reviews before signing a contract at this place, as I was anxious to get a car after my accident a few weeks prior. I am a disabled military veteran on a fixed income. My car note is now $500 a month plus a $250 insurance. Almost $1000 added to my already strict budget. I do not recommend this place to anyone. They are a total rip off, and if you ask questions, they talk to their coworkers in Spanish. I wish I would have taken a male figure with me because I know they would not have tried this with a man. I love my car, but I hate that I signed this contract, I also hate that there are people out there like this finance manager who is very deceiving and deceptive when telling you to sign here and sign there. More
