Jesus was absolutely fabulous to work with, from start to finish. He was prompt & thorough to respond to all of my questions & had everything set and ready to go when I arrived! Had a great experience with Jesus Garcia today at Smythe Volvo in Summit, NJ when I picked up my new 2021 Volvo XC60. I chose this dealership since dealerships close to my house in NY either did not have i Volvo in Summit, NJ when I picked up my new 2021 Volvo XC60. I chose this dealership since dealerships close to my house in NY either did not have inventory or their pricing was too high. Jesus gave me a sharp price and everything went as planned when I picked up the vehicle today. I have had some horrible experiences over my 30-years of leasing cars, but today was definitely one of the best. Everyone was very friendly, there were no surprises in the numbers, everything was as represented. Jesus did a great job, and a shout-out to the auto specialist Derrick for teaching my wife and I how to use the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining how everything worked. Ernest Gomez also great in walking me through all the docs to be signed. Overall a great experience, my only complaint is that the dealership is an hour away from my house! More
