The single worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with a car dealership. Would not recommend. I initially took delivery of this vehicle that was supposed to come with 2 keys. It did, however the dealership car dealership. Would not recommend. I initially took delivery of this vehicle that was supposed to come with 2 keys. It did, however the dealership didn’t bother checking that it wasn’t even the key to the car. Upon telling them and Jesus I went through a 2-3 month process trying to get a second key as to which weekly id receive excuse after excuse from jesus and the dealership informing me and assuring me I’d receive a response. After about 3-4 months of ownership I’ve finally reached a resolution. They will not do anything for me regarding the key. More

He and his team which consisted of Delivery Specialist Muhammed Shahid and Finance Manager Santiago Piriz did in my opinion a stellar job, I was kept informed and in the loop at all times, they made it happen for me in a record amount of time and in a very painless uncomplicated and respectful way I am eternally grateful and indebted .
