I had been taking my 2017 XC60 for service and decided to take a look at the 2021! Jesus Garcia assisted me in finding the model I wanted in a timely fashion!! He also worked with me to ensure delivery at a take a look at the 2021! Jesus Garcia assisted me in finding the model I wanted in a timely fashion!! He also worked with me to ensure delivery at a convenient time for me as I live out of state and that was very much appreciated! Luis was helpful providing information at the time of delivery, but I admit, I’ll have to go over all those features in more detail!! The financial dept was also helpful to me in providing explanations of financing and incentives. More

I don’t like the process of shopping for a new car. Having said that, the people at Smythe made it as easy and as pleasant as possible. The communication with Jesus was straightforward, negotiations were simple and I feel I got a good deal. Paul was terrific at walking me through all the great features of the XC40. Everyone else I dealt with was helpful and friendly. I went to another Volvo dealership before Smythe but was so turned off I left after about 15 minutes. If you’re in the market for a Volvo, give Smythe a shot. More
