Always a good experience here. Staff all welcoming and nice. Lots of refreshments and snacks, clean everywhere if you have to wait. All techs pitch in if you cannot find your tech. They track anything I'm due for on my car, catch any issues that might come that should be tended to, any issues or questions I'd like them to check for me on my car. Great job on my car always, a car wash and vacuum when done. Loaners for me have never been a problem if you schedule maintenance in advance. I like this Lexus Dealership! More
