Well, honestly I wasn't extremely satisfied with my experience since Jesus Pena told me over the phone that I could use a coupon I received in the mail even though I didn't have it with me. It was just $30 off of a bill of $1,500. I have been to Chase multiple times in the past year for various reasons and spent thousands of dollars which you can see from my account. I have been a loyal customer for 14-15 years since I moved back to the area. I know it's $30, but it's the principle. Jesus Pena has always been so helpful and attentive-I'm not dissatisfied with his customer service, just the fact that the cashier wouldn't honor my coupon. More
