Excellent Service I had the perfect buying experience with The New Babylon Honda. They were very transparent and flexible. I told them what I wanted and they helped find the perfect car with great warranties for a very reasonable price. They were very friendly and made me feel welcomed especially during such hard times. They even worked around my work schedule and made sure someone was there when I could get there. Also, unlike most dealerships I didn't feel rushed and didn't feel like they were "playing the game" I was upfront with them and they gave me the same respect I would recommend them to anyone. Quick, Easy, and Friendly Service! I was worried about the process of returning my leased car and leasing a new one during the COVID-19 pandemic, but my salesman Jesus Ramirez made the I was worried about the process of returning my leased car and leasing a new one during the COVID-19 pandemic, but my salesman Jesus Ramirez made the process simple and super quick! I spoke to him on Friday and by Tuesday I had my new HR-V! It felt more like buying a car from my cousin than from a complete stranger. He presented the facts and also kept our interactions light and friendly. As a woman it is especially nice to be treated with respect in the auto industry setting. I would definitely lease from Jesus/Babylon Honda again! More

WORST EXPERIENCE Sharing my experience here after I have got my CRV [not including what happen before the final transaction, cause that itself was a big discomfort to Sharing my experience here after I have got my CRV [not including what happen before the final transaction, cause that itself was a big discomfort to deal with unprofessional fellows ] I turned my Toyota car with early lease end program, where I have negotiated with Honda to include and take care of my remaining lease amount with extra miles. After lot of time spend with different people at the deanship [4 days and each day atleast spend 4-5 hours at the dealership] the Honda CRV comes out. I have requested and reminded the dealership very often [after 02/29/2020] about returning the vehicle to the toyota dealership and close any remaining transition and complete the paperwork. Initially I was getting the response that it is being taken care but things did not move till next 15 days atleast, I was checking up with toyota deanship and then following up the honda dealership, thing to notice is, during the transaction, Honda said that you don't have to do anything, we will take care of everything. but that was not truth. On March 20th I again spoken to toyota deanship and they told me that the car has been received and waiting for the documentation from honda to close the transaction. I again followup with Honda but received no response about what going on. Now because of delay from the Honda dealership, Now I have pay lease amount to toyota with late fee. So now I have to pay lease for 2 car, one form honda [I am supposed to pay] and another from toyota [I am not supposed to pay, as it was part of the deal/transaction that Honda committed and I have paperwork for the same.] It is very frustrating to me that these guys won't even respond, forgot about providing timely update and doing there work with honesty and in timely fashion. Not sure what I am going to do next to get this on track, may be legal action not sure. More
