Service was simply horrific. I purchased a brand new custom 2026 GLS 580. From the moment I drove it off the lot, I knew it had transmission issues. I reported it right away. The service department evaluated my car and told me that after a full inspection, there was nothing wrong with the transmission. They gaslighted me and said it must be the way I drove the car. I had the car transferred to another dealer who correctly diagnosed the problem after one simple driving test. It turns out that the transmission valve body was defective and had to be replaced. More

I made an appt to get the cover of the center counsel in my GLC300 fixed. Although they knew the problem, no one checked to see if the part was in stock before I brought the car in and told me it would take my GLC300 fixed. Although they knew the problem, no one checked to see if the part was in stock before I brought the car in and told me it would take a few hours. The first time I dropped it off I happen to ask how long it would take, and if the part was in stock, and then the service manager realized it was not and had to order it. I had to bring the car back another day after the part was ordered. Then it took three days more to fix because they realize yet another part had to be ordered. I had to call many times and left may messages to see when the car would be ready and had trouble getting a clear answer. Normally the service and comms at this Mercedes dealership is great but this time, unfortunately it was not. More
