When I got to The Dealership AJ greeted me with a big smile and enthusiasm in his voice! He then introduced me to Jhonathan, Who also greeted me with a big smile and enthusiasm in his voice. Even though we had masks on and kept our distance I could see the kindness & happiness in their eyes. The Executive Sales Consultant Jhonathan walked me over to the GLE & explained all the safty features and made sure I felt comfortable taking it out for a test drive. That's absolute kindness. I actually drove. A 250 & a 300. And with Jhonathan's advice I went with the 350 . AJ was very hospitable and asked how I liked the vehicles.. Then I met Paulo for financing whom is an absolute genius with numbers. And the next day I had questions for Paulo and he stayed that evening just for me. To review the numbers Outstanding Teamwork! I also dealt with Dana Lolano and Umer Iqbal from the sales team who were both great. When the day to deliver the car came, I was in for an excellent surprise presentation from the team. Fred Abban gave a good review of the ins and outs of the car to me which was great, since who has time to go through the manual to learn all that stuff. I got the feeling that they care a lot about the customer and try to make sure that you leave happy from the dealer. More

I found the sales literature provided was inadequate in my search. Your Metris literature was aimed primarily at cargo vehicle customers. You need proper literature specificity highlighting wheelchair access conversion. Don’t be afraid to provide approximate costs of conversion to comply with state passenger safety guidelines. My salesperson did his best, but in the end I had to research on my own the advantages of Ford versus Mercedes. Richard J More
