A great dealership with great salespeople. I just leased my second CLA 250. My salesperson is Georgina. She has been a person I have called since leasing the first car. She is my “go to” person I just leased my second CLA 250. My salesperson is Georgina. She has been a person I have called since leasing the first car. She is my “go to” person and has been so helpful in person and over the phone. She introduced me to Umer and Jhonathan. My experience with them is wonderful. The service department is excellent. I am so impressed with the level of customer service exhibited each time I have been to dealership. Georgina goes out of her way to stay in contact with her customers after the sale. Amazing! I got my new car from Max at Mercedes Boston. I cannot be happier. He knows when to put on the pressure and when to back off. Paolo Castro, the salesperson, was able to ensure that the rest of the dealership team, the finance person, the preparation group and the concierge who teaches new owners about the details of the car, were all ready so that the entire experience went very smoothly.
