Jillian was excellent, however it took way too long for the work to be done. I’m not seeing any improvement in the alignment! I also noticed every person waiting on their vehicle was called out for a con the work to be done. I’m not seeing any improvement in the alignment! I also noticed every person waiting on their vehicle was called out for a consult as to what else needed to be done with their vehicle. Jillian was helpful, made sure I was able to get transportation to get something to eat. I highly recommend her, but not the service department. I won’t be back unless it’s for a recall. More
