Straightforward, competitive pricing, felt like Jim and his team were being honest with me each step along the way. The slowest part of the process was working out when I could speak with finance on the phone given my busy work schedule (and inability to take calls at work), but I imagine that's because they are also very busy. Nevertheless, once I spoke with someone that process also went very smoothly. More

This visit was to replace my husband's car, a 1999 Forester. We drove up from Santa Fe, NM ( just over 300 miles one way) so we could work with the great folks at Heuberger. Everyone there is positive, helpful and happy which beats many other car dealerships. They establish a relationship with you as more than just a transaction, they want you to come back. Our sales rep, Jim Adams was excellent and Chris Busby a delight to work with. Rob, a new rep, shadowed us, trying to learn the ins and outs of working for Heuberger, but was friendly and helpful nonetheless. Extra credit: The barista at the coffee bar. The mocha latte with whipped cream was the bomb! More

No pressure to add any unnecessary extras, which I appreciated. When the car arrived I had to take a bus from Northern New Mexico in order to pick it up w/o having someone ferry me to Colorado Springs and a rep from the dealership was at the Greyhound station to meet me. Altogether a totally pleasant purchasing experience. More
